Vice President Joe Biden revealed his plan to lower or eliminate the debt owed by millions of students on Wednesday.
Even though the Biden administration had previously consented to forgive some debtors' student loan debt.
This week, the president announced that people who make less than $125,000 year may be able to have up to $10,000 in federal student debts forgiven.
And Individual who has obtained a Pell Grant may be eligible to have up to $20,000.
Students at colleges and institutions across the country receive Pell Grants.
The white house claims that more than 60% of the borrower population consists of recipients of the federal Pell Grant program.
